Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to both new and existing customers, guiding them through the loan process with care and professionalism.
• Drive sales growth through consultative advice to educate customers on financial products and services.
• Engage customers via inbound calls and proactive outbound calls to attract new business and promote offerings.
• Support delinquency management by collaborating with customers on past-due accounts and offering solutions.
• Learn and grow through hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring to build skills and confidence.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies to protect customer information and assets.
