Heights Finance Corporation is actively expanding its customer service and loan operations. A Financial Service Representative will support the Branch Manager in guiding clients, processing loans, and delivering superior service while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 1–2 years in consumer finance, lending, or banking preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and influence in past roles.
• Experience guiding customers through processes and decisions.
• Team support and collaboration to grow others and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Foster Branch Growth: implement marketing strategies, nurture relationships, support daily operations.
• Guide Loan Processes: assist with new/refinanced loans, ensure compliance and service.
• Support Delinquency Management: address delinquent accounts with care and solutions.
• Lead by Example: maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Inspire the Team: coach, train and support team to reach potential.
• Continue to Evolve: pursue ongoing training and contribute to succession planning.
