• Licensing: background check including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking usage.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
