Job summary

Huntington National Bank is hiring a Financial Relationship Banker to help our consumer and business customers achieve their financial goals. You will retain and grow relationships by proactively identifying needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.

You will resolve customer issues, educate on technology, and refer to specialists across the bank while complying with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1 year or more in customer service and sales in banking, financial services or retail.
• Strong ability to build and retain relationships with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, centers of influence, and referrals.
• Educate customers and refer to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on bank technology usage and stay informed on products and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
