Responsibilities

• Contact members with delinquent accounts by phone and mail and take actions to bring accounts current.
• Recommend repossession or charge-off of collateral when earlier efforts fail.
• Maintain accurate files and reports on collections activity.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports as directed.
• Inform management of trends in loan underwriting affecting delinquencies and charge-offs.
• Provide excellent member service while collecting due amounts.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
