Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years writing experience, with a focus on email marketing.
• 2+ years in life insurance, financial services, or fintech.
• Exceptional writing and content production across formats.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• AI fluency and interest in tech-driven quality and compliance.
• Proven track record of high-performing campaigns (email, social, etc.).
• Experience writing for SEO and AEO.
• Ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve content performance.
• Strong project and time management; able to work in Workfront.
• Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms.

• Create long-form content and atomize it with AI.
• Use enterprise AI tools for research, drafting, editing, and presentation development while maintaining standards.

• Produce sales enablement materials for financial advisors.
• Contribute to newsletters for professionals and consumers.

• Develop SEO-optimized content for guardianlife.com using AI.
• Contribute to editorial calendars aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate to optimize content for engagement and lead generation.
• Monitor email performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Work with email developers and creatives to ensure visually engaging, on-brand emails.
