Everly is seeking a senior content leader to own and execute a holistic content strategy for bank and credit union partners, financial advisors, and policyholders. You will drive thought leadership, advisor-facing content, and policyholder communications, partnering with the Head of Marketing & User Experience to ensure credible, brand-aligned content that performs across traditional and AI search.

• 7+ years in content strategy or content marketing in financial services, fintech, or insurance
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications
• Strong writing and editing skills for a financial audience
• Hands-on SEO experience: keyword research, on-page optimization, content structure
• Familiarity with AI content workflows and tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper)
• Experience with HubSpot at a content/workflow level
• Ability to thrive in a lean, collaborative team environment

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Everly’s content strategy with ownership of topics, cadence, and channels
• Translate strategy into actionable content plans with owners and timelines
• Own editorial calendar across Insights Library, advisor guides, partner content, and communications
• Identify content gaps based on audience needs and search/AI visibility data
• Write and produce thought leadership content for executives and distribution partners
• Develop advisor-facing sales enablement content and policyholder communications
• Manage external content contractor and ensure brand voice and quality
• Build and execute SEO and AEO strategies to surface in traditional and AI search
• Keep content aligned with business outcomes and compliance
