Job summary

RTX is seeking a Financial Analyst for the Air Dominance portfolio in Tucson. The role focuses on FP&A, forecasting, balance sheets, and cash flow in a high-visibility environment with P&L implications.

You will partner with program teams, supply chain, contracts, and engineering to drive financial planning, baselining, and close-out activities while supporting data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program business manager and analysts to manage forecast, balance sheet, and ad-hoc FP&A needs.
• Coordinate with program leadership and factory management for delivery plans tied to financial metrics.
• Drive FP&A cadence across the portfolio and support program execution with data-driven insights.
