Job summary

RTX is seeking a Financial Program Cost Controls Analyst for the Advanced Capabilities Sustainment team in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on financial oversight, cost controls, scheduling, and contract modifications, requiring a DoD clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Onsite role with collaboration across PM, CAM, IPT, and OSC. Signing bonus is available for eligible candidates and security clearance is a prerequisite.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with SAP and FP&A concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word and PowerPoint.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost and schedule reporting, financial variance analysis, and funding planning.
• Develop Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) with PM organization.
• Maintain records for Budget and EAC tracking.
• Provide financial guidance to CAMs, IPT Leads, and cross-functional teams.
• Review financial reports, presentations, and contract modifications for accuracy.
• Collaborate with FPA to maintain monthly forecasting, cash management, the AOP and LRP.
