RTX is seeking a Finance/Contracts analyst in Tucson, AZ. You will execute monthly/quarterly deliverables, build forecasts, and support program startup, execution, forecasting and reporting. Collaboration across Program Management, Finance, Contracts, and Supply Chain is essential to ensure compliant cost collection and accurate analyses.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 2+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience organizing, preparing, and presenting information to management and peers.
Experience interpreting and analyzing financial data.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
U.S. Citizen - Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

Execute monthly and quarterly contract deliverables.
Manage Inter-Organizational Transfers (IOTs) with partner units, documenting funding and scope.
Develop and maintain monthly financial forecasts using RPlan.
Perform financial analysis to support compliant cost collection and execution.
Support program startup, execution, forecasting, reporting, and closeout activities.
Collaborate with Program Management, Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain and others.
