Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks a Financial Program Controls Analyst to provide financial oversight for the AMRAAM Sustainment program. You will collaborate with Program Managers, Control Account Managers, IPT leads, Finance Leadership, and Operations to set up and execute contracts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, strong data analysis and MS Office skills, and the ability to obtain U.S. government clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and/or process improvement.
• Experience with MS Office, e.g., Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis as a key member of the finance team.
• Define and understand monthly variances to budget and Estimate at Completion (EAC) position.
• Perform quarterly estimates at completion and monthly latest revised estimate, utilizing additional metrics and tools.
• Complete monthly CDRLs with quick turnaround times to meet customer deadlines.
• Ensure the successful execution of the program.
