The Financial Reporting Analyst supports stakeholder data analysis and reporting functions across the organization. This role is responsible for assisting in daily, weekly, and month-end close processes, forecasting, and performing detailed reviews of customer data. The analyst will develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools to provide critical insights that drive decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently on complex tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze historical data and trends; collaborate with analyst teams and management to support forecasting and month-end close processes.
• Monitor and reconcile risk mitigation activities; prepare reports and offer actionable solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and manage customer dashboards and reports.
• Reconcile and report on Executive Dashboards for various business areas.
• Oversee collection and analysis of annual benchmarking data from internal systems and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements related to data analysis and reporting.
• Respond to internal and external information requests concerning customer, financial, and historical data.
• Support system, reporting, and dashboard development initiatives.
• Conduct customer analysis and modeling for strategic, valuation, segmentation, and trend insights.
• Prepare and deliver ad hoc reports and presentations.
• Support data mapping, systems integration, and customer reporting initiatives.
• Provide training and support on dashboards and reporting tools to internal/external users.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of financial, business, and customer data environments.
• Ability to reconcile data and identify key trends to inform decision-making.
• Excellent presentation and reporting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience with SAP, PowerPoint, Visio, Access/Oracle Database, ARM, GIS, or BI Reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and/or Alteryx.
• Programming experience in SQL, VBA, Python, R, or SAS.
• Proven experience as a data analyst, particularly in handling large datasets.
