Financial Planning Analyst

Duties:

• Manage Monthly, Quarterly & Annual accruals & reconciliations.
• Review reconciled invoices, SAP expenses, open POs, and budgets to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with ISG offshore team to ensure SOPs, metrics & data are accurate.
• Perform weekly, monthly, and necessary financial walkthroughs with POPs leadership.
• Collaborate with S2P & Finance team on any closure activities.
• Provide advisory on finance processes and improvements.
• Support meetings with Finance, CFO teams, and strategic discussions.
• Work with the Client Operations & Client Finance head by providing financial support in forecasting spend by PO / Cost Center.
• Conduct cost variance analysis to compare actual performance against budget and forecast.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop a clear understanding of key business drivers, analyze key financial metrics, and support business/finance management.
• Review financial information proactively, identify exceptions/inconsistencies, and initiate action and follow-up with various stakeholders.
• Participate in budget preparation and scenario building/simulation modeling.
• Work with Client Heads to forecast and report on issues.
• Conduct project spend analysis to help business partners take measures to improve their performance.
• Perform adhoc analysis & financial modeling as per business requirements.
