As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will support the Senior Manager in preparing financial plans, budgets, and analysis related to SaaS revenue and associated metrics across multiple regions. Your role involves data analysis, financial modeling, and report preparation for senior management. Your responsibilities include:

• Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data and providing insights on SaaS revenue metrics such as subscription growth, churn, and customer acquisition costs.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the creation of budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with the Senior Manager.
• Cost Analysis: Supporting cost analysis, headcount forecasting for sales and operational teams.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing reports and dashboards highlighting key financial metrics and trends for senior management.
• Financial Modeling: Developing and maintaining models to support strategic decisions.
• Data Management: Ensuring accurate and timely data collection and analysis.
• Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.

Essential skills and qualifications for success:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years in financial analysis, planning, or budgeting, preferably in SaaS.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting in spreadsheets, practical knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
