Responsibilities

• Financial Processing: Review authorizations, invoices, claims, and encumbrances for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Budget Tracking: Monitor spending patterns, prepare monthly fiscal reports, and review unliquidated encumbrances.
• Staff Guidance: Provide instruction to office staff on fiscal rules, training needs, and documentation requirements.
• Provider Coordination: Work with service providers to create accounts, approve services, and enter information into CWDS.
• Card Management: Maintain purchasing card records and reconcile monthly statements.
• Office Purchasing: Order supplies, process purchase orders, and handle refund checks and claims.
