Volt is immediately hiring for a Financial Operations Analyst to support middle office and accounting operations in a fast-paced financial services environment. You will perform reconciliations, exception management, quality control, cash management, and operational support functions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling moderate to high transaction volumes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

About the role

As a Financial Operations Analyst, you will support middle office and accounting operations within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role involves reconciliation activities, exception management, quality control reviews, cash management, and operational support functions. • Support day-to-day middle office and accounting operations.
• Research and resolve operational exceptions and breaks.
• Review and validate transactions, documents, and reports for procedural compliance.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

Pay Rate

$30.00 - $33.71 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
