Job Title: Financial & Manufacturing Systems Analyst (Remote)
Salary: Up to $93,000 per year
Location: Remote – Must reside in MI, OH, IL, IN, KY, TN, MS, AL, TX, or FL

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial & Manufacturing Systems Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is instrumental in supporting, optimizing, and modernizing our financial and manufacturing systems. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Accounting, Manufacturing, Operations, and IT to enhance workflows, drive system-level improvements, and lead critical system initiatives. The ideal candidate is experienced in ERP systems within a manufacturing environment and can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance financial and manufacturing systems through integration improvements, system upgrades, automation, and user enablement.

• Manage relationships with vendors and consultants, including coordination of support, escalation of issues, and oversight of deliverables.

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to document and improve processes.

• Translate business goals into actionable system requirements and detailed project plans.

• Contribute to the financial and manufacturing systems roadmap; establish and promote best practices for architecture and change management.

• Maintain comprehensive system documentation (process flows, integrations, configurations).

• Provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.

• Support web integrations and digital workflow enhancements.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• 7–10 years of progressive professional experience.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in ERP support and systems analysis within a manufacturing environment (Infor LX, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. preferred).

• Experience managing financial/manufacturing system vendors and support resources (Infor LX, Microsoft Dynamics, IBM Power Server, AS/400, etc.).

• Strong project management skills; PMP certification and experience with Smartsheet or similar tools is a plus.

• Exceptional communication and analytical abilities with a talent for aligning business needs with technical solutions.

• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
