Job Description

Role: Software Engineer – CXone – Cloud Contact Center (Mid to Sr. level)

Location: Remote – USA

Travel: up to 10%

Duration: 12 Month Contract

Summary:
  • The team works on migrating from on-premises systems to the cloud or cloud-to-cloud, specifically CXone.
  • Requires strong skills in Studio and scripting.
  • The work involves customization for large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Cloud Contact Center platforms (NICE CXone) through all aspects of cloud technology.
  • Design and develop products and features, conduct unit testing, perform code reviews, and resolve bugs found during QA.
  • Work in both test and production environments.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers, Project Managers, and team members.
  • Mentor others and assist with onboarding new team members.
Qualifications for Success:
  • 5-8+ years of IVR and ACD development experience.
  • 4+ years of CXone Studio scripting experience.
  • CRM integration experience.
  • Additional cloud telephony experience with platforms such as Five9, Talkdesk, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Genesys Cloud, or 8X8 is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering is preferred.
