Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a 6-month contract with our client in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 100% remote role.

Summary:

Responsible for utilizing various delivery methodologies employed by the client and working with IT and business stakeholders to discover, identify, and document data requirements for development.

Responsibilities:

1. Interview stakeholders to elicit and document complex data needs, data model changes, and data quality and integration requirements.
2. Contribute to designing the data ecosystem and data management processes to enhance the organization's data architecture.
3. Create and format technical specifications, including architecture diagrams and process flows, to describe requirements or changes related to data sources, objects, transformation, and movement.
4. Manage user stories, facilitate data solution discovery, and detail story requirements to support sprint deliveries.
5. Conduct in-depth data analysis considering data structures and enterprise analytic consumption patterns.
6. Collaborate with programmers, engineers, data stewards, and organizational leaders to identify process improvements for data development.
7. Develop data management processes and infrastructure to source and integrate internal and external data sources effectively.
8. Support issue resolution through data domain analysis and clear presentation of findings.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience with systems/data requirements in an agile environment.
• Proficiency in creating technical specifications such as process flows and data transformation documentation.
• Experience managing the lifecycle of epics and user stories in agile projects.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PBM data is preferred.
• Claims data experience is also preferred.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to interact effectively with technical leaders, developers, and business stakeholders.

Compensation:

Hourly W2 pay rate: $60.00-65.00 per hour.

Additional contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles with various rates are available.
