Job summary

The Financial Coordinator at Coastal Pools in Grasonville, MD provides day-to-day transactional and administrative support to the Finance team, with primary responsibility for AP processing, AR support, expense reimbursements, vendor maintenance, data entry, and recordkeeping.

This is a developmental opportunity offering potential progression toward Senior Financial Coordinator or Accountant track as skills grow and knowledge develops.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, finance, or administrative accounting preferred.
• Comfortable working with accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, and other business software.
• Experience working with invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, reconciliations, or financial records is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices with accurate coding and match to PO/receiving.
• Process customer invoices and apply payments; assist collections.
• Process employee expenses and reimbursements.
• Maintain vendor master records and assist with year-end reporting.
• Support month-end close activities and reconciliation preparation.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain confidentiality of financial data.
