Job description

Mighty Travel LLC, which owns two retail expedition cruise brands, is looking for a part-time position of Financial Controller.

Responsibilities

1. Managing various accounts in Quickbooks.
2. Monthly reconciliation and reporting.
3. Overseeing and managing accounts payables and receivables, refunds, credit notes, payroll, and otherwise.
4. Communication with sales staff regarding entries in our proprietary software, Departure Finder.
5. Management of various business accounts with Chase.

Qualifications

1. College Education, BS or higher.
2. Willing and able to work at an office at minimum 2-3 days a week, in Miami Beach. More during initial training.
3. Highly motivated, organized, trustworthy individual willing to commit to a long-term contract.
