Responsibilities

• Manage general accounting functions, including month-end and year-end processing, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll
• Oversee the completion of ledger accounts and financial statements
• Evaluate and improve internal accounting processes to align with organizational goals
• Provide financial projections by collecting and analyzing financial information
• Ensure all accounting processes align with GAAP standards
• Monitor and analyze accounting data, producing accurate financial reports and statements
• Coordinate and complete annual audits and tax filings for affiliates
• Improve systems and procedures, initiating corrective actions as needed
• Meet financial accounting objectives and adhere to accounting policies and reporting deadlines
• Maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions properly
• Forecast cash requirements and manage cash flow to maintain sufficient funds
• Lead annual budget preparation
• Prepare variance analyses, including month-over-month and actuals versus budget explanations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage general accounting functions, including month-end and year-end processing, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll.
