Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS in Michigan. As a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, you’ll retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals, recommending deposits and banking products, and processing transactions with accuracy and care.

You will educate customers on deposit products, pursue opportunities to expand relationships through a disciplined sales process, and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen partnerships

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 1 year customer service (or military/administrative role) or a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Explain consumer deposit products to customers.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Follow all operations, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, service, and relationship management skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
