Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will identify financial goals, recommend deposit and loan products, and educate customers on online and mobile banking while processing transactions accurately.

You will drive relationship growth, proactively follow up with customers, and maintain compliance with operational and regulatory policies in a dynamic branch environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year of customer service or equivalent, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Cash handling and comfort with technology required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on deposit and lending products.
• Grow customer relationships through a structured sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
