Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers at our branch. You will help customers reach financial goals by identifying needs, recommending deposit products, and proactively growing relationships in a fast-paced bank environment.

You will balance transactions, provide exemplary service, and educate customers on available digital banking options while following all bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.
• Exempt Status: Yes (not eligible for overtime pay)
• Workplace Type: Office

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures and maintain security and risk controls.
