Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, handling deposits and advising on banking products. You will balance daily transactions and deliver exemplary service while identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships.

You’ll educate customers on deposit products, participate in a disciplined sales process, and refer clients to other bank areas to deepen partnerships, all within regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of customer service or military administration experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: 1+ year in customer service in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills preferred.
• Comfort with technology including mobile and online banking services.

Responsibilities
