Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker to serve walk‑in customers and act as a Financial Concierge. You will identify customer goals, recommend deposits and loan products, and process transactions accurately while delivering outstanding service.

You will proactively grow relationships, educate customers on technology, and refer to other bank areas to deepen engagement. This role emphasizes compliance, teamwork, and community service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year customer service or related experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Cash handling skills; comfortable with technology such as mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products and lending.
• Growing customer relationships through disciplined sales processes and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
