Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; minimum 1 year of customer service or military service in an administrative role, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Background check requirements including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and lending.
• Proactively grow customer relationships through disciplined sales, referrals, and follow-up.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and partnerships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
