Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers in a branch setting. You will help retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit and other banking products.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary customer service while adhering to policies and driving relationship growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or related experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: 1+ year in customer service in banking/financial services.
• Cash handling skills; comfort with mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through disciplined sales, follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
