Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will help customers achieve financial goals by recommending deposits and banking products, processing transactions, and balancing daily work with exemplary service.

You will proactively identify opportunities to grow relationships, educate customers, and refer them to other bank areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or military service in an admin-like role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: 1+ year in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
