Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree optional.
• 1 year of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Cash handling and sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through a disciplined sales process.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to grow relationships.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate sales, service, and relationship management skills.
