Huntington is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to assist walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, helping them reach financial goals with deposit products and services. You will balance daily transactions and provide exemplary service in a branch setting.

The role emphasizes proactive relationship growth, referrals, and adherence to policies. A high school diploma or GED is required; banking experience is a plus. Exempt, in-office position with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1 year customer service experience or military service in similar role is acceptable.
• Banking and financial product knowledge encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through sales and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating sales, customer service, relationship management, and banking acumen.
• Other duties as assigned.
