Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers and act as a Financial Concierge, helping clients achieve their financial goals. You will process transactions accurately, educate customers on deposit products, and identify opportunities to deepen relationships.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
1 year or more in customer service in banking or financial services.
Cash handling skills.
Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
