Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will process deposits, address banking needs, and help customers reach their financial goals while delivering exceptional service.

You will resolve issues, educate customers on deposit products, and proactively grow relationships through a structured sales process, referrals, and partnerships across the bank. Compliance with policies is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required and at least 1 year of customer service experience or a Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: 1+ year in customer service in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
