You will process transactions accurately while delivering exemplary service and guiding customers on bank technology. Your role includes identifying opportunities to expand relationships, following a proactive follow-up and referral program, and ensuring adherence to policies and risk controls in a fast-paced office

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Proficient in explaining consumer deposit products and lending.

Responsibilities
