Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors and clients with high-quality service in a fast-paced branch setting. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities while delivering professional client interactions across phone, email, and in-person channels.

The successful candidate will handle client inquiries, assist with account openings, prepare reports, and support marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years securities industry or related work experience preferred.
• SIE certification is desirable and may be required.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multiple platforms.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to handle busy environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve a high volume of client interactions by phone, email, in person, or virtually.
• Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors and branch staff.
• Process client transactions and prepare reports and expense documentation.
• Assist with opening new client accounts and verify information.
• Prepare letters, forms, and client servicing documents.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with marketing events and seminars.
• Join training opportunities to stay current on policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
