Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; one year or more of securities industry or related work experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms (phone, email, in-person, virtual).
• Proficiency in CRM software and Excel for reporting and client servicing.

Responsabilités

• Handle a high volume of client interactions via phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels.
• Open new client accounts and verify client and security information in internal systems.
• Prepare letters, forms and reports to support servicing existing clients and prospecting new ones.
• Assist Financial Advisors with marketing efforts and client-facing events.
