Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors, clients and branch staff. You will handle a high volume of client interactions, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM records with accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication across platforms, ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and a High School diploma with securities experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) or more years securities industry or related work experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Services a high volume of daily interactions with prospective and existing clients on the phone, in-person, virtually and through mailings.
• Works independently and with a dynamic team to support financial advisors and branch office.
• Processes client financial transactions and expenses and expense reports with accuracy.
• Opens new client accounts and researches client information using internal databases and CRM.
• Prepares letters, forms and reports to assist servicing existing clients and prospecting new clients.
