Raymond James is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors, clients, and branch staff. The role requires strong communication across channels and the ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will handle client interactions, process transactions, and help with account openings and reporting, while supporting marketing activities and cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years securities industry or related work experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Handle high-volume daily interactions with prospective and existing clients by phone, in person, or virtually.
• Open new client accounts and research client and security information using internal systems.
• Prepare letters, forms and reports to assist servicing existing clients and prospecting new clients.
• Create and maintain records/files using CRM software.
• Assist Financial Advisors with marketing efforts including seminars and client-facing events.
