Raymond James is seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Associate to support Financial Advisors and service clients across phone, in person, virtual, and mail channels. You will process transactions, open accounts, and maintain accurate documentation in CRM and internal databases.

The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a team-oriented mindset to help drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred with related experience.
• Experience in securities industry or related work is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Handle high-volume client interactions by phone, in person, virtually or via mailings.
• Support financial advisors and branch office with accuracy and coordination.
• Process client financial transactions and advisor/branch expenses. Prepare reports.
• Open new client accounts and verify client information in internal systems.
• Prepare letters, forms, and client-related reports for servicing and prospecting.
