Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Retail Personal Banker I to participate in a structured onboarding program, rotate through operations and Sales & Service, and earn a certification upon completion. The role focuses on consultative selling, acquiring new households, and deepening relationships within Financial Centers or Bank Marts.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire customers.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment.
• Ability to follow Retail policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with mortgage, small business, and other partners to offer holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.
