Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Financial Center Manager Associate to join our Durham-area team. The program offers rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending and Small Business, with a structured onboarding path to prepare for a Financial Center Manager role.

You will develop relationships with customers, master product knowledge, and coach a team to achieve sales and service goals while upholding our core values and ethics.

Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment; MU4R questions and registration provided by NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to program completion, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships by delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services, processes, and resources to guide and lead the team.
• Lead consultative sales process to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA) for customers across channels.
• Source, develop, coach and lead a team that reinforces Core Values and business strategies.
• Foster a One Bank culture through collaboration with business partners.
• Participate in community-focused activities.
• Follow Bancorp Code of Conduct and Ethics and related policies; exemplify ethical behavior.
• Additional duties as assigned.
