Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is hiring a Financial Center Manager Associate in Cary, NC. The program provides onboarding and rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and more to prepare you for a Financial Center Manager role.

You will deepen customer relationships, learn Fifth Third's products and processes, and develop a team that delivers proactive financial guidance through a One Bank culture.

Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Strong communication skills; professional representation.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information; coach sales.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
• Develop relationships with Consumer and Small Business customers to provide a memorable experience.
• Acquire product knowledge and guide the team on Fifth Third processes and resources.
• Lead the consultative sales process to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with proactive ongoing support.
