Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Financial Center Manager Associate to begin with a comprehensive onboarding program featuring rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and more. The program prepares you for a Financial Center Manager role with a strong focus on leadership development and service excellence.

You will deepen consumer and small business relationships, master product knowledge, and apply a consultative sales process to assess needs and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap as intended and onboarding activities through program completion.
• Become proficient at deepening Consumer and Small Business customer relationships.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services, processes, and resources to lead the team.
• Develop consultative sales process to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with FNA assignments.
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture and collaborate with business partners.
• Participate in community activities.
• Follow Bancorp Code of Conduct and other policies.
• Additional duties as assigned.
