Qualifications

College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
Exhibits business acumen and sound decision-making.

Responsibilities

Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
Develop consumer and small business relationships through a memorable customer experience.
Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, and processes to guide and lead the team.
Utilize consultative sales processes to identify financial needs and propose suitable solutions.
Develop an integrated book of business strategy with a Financial Needs Assessment for proactive support.
Coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
