Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• This position requires SAFÉ Act registration at employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to program completion.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships with a memorable experience.
• Develop knowledge of products, services, processes, and internal resources.
• Lead consultative sales to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA).
• Source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and strategies.
• Foster One Bank culture through collaboration with partners.
• Participate in community-benefit activities.
• Follow Code of Conduct and related policies; demonstrate ethical behavior.
