Qualifications

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities, including sales skills certification.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships through a memorable experience.
• Develop knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes and internal resources.
• Lead consultative sales processes to identify financial needs and propose solutions.
• Build an integrated book of business with proactive ongoing support.
• Source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with core values and strategies.
• Foster One Bank collaboration with business partners.
• Participate in community-benefiting activities.
• Adhere to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and related policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
