• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision making.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA onboarding roadmap and training activities.
• Deepen consumer and small business customer relationships through a memorable experience.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services and processes to lead the team.
• Lead consultative sales processes to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with Financial Needs Assessments for customers.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture and collaborate with partners.
