Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to program completion.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships with a memorable experience.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and internal resources.
• Lead consultative sales to identify financial needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with a FNA for ongoing support.
• Source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and strategies.
