Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking candidates for the Financial Center Manager aboard a comprehensive on-boarding program featuring rotations through Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred and Sales & Operations Management. The program prepares you for a Financial Center role by building leadership and consultative selling skills in a real-world banking environment.

Participants gain hands-on experience managing a team, deepening customer relationships, and applying bank-wide

Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Ability to execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to completion.
• Develop relationships with Consumers and Small Business customers to provide memorable experiences.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes and internal resources.
• Perform consultative sales to identify financial needs and propose solutions.
• Develop integrated book of business with FNA and appropriate banker assignment.
• Learn to source, coach and lead a team aligned with core values and strategy.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture and collaborate with business partners.
• Participate in community service activities.
• Adhere to the Bancorp Code of Conduct and related policies.
